If Proposition B passes each county would receive highway funds based on its rural assessed land valuation and its rural road miles, in proportion to statewide rural assessed land valuation and statewide rural road miles. Each city would receive a percentage of funds based on its population in the 2000 census in proportion to the total population of all cities in the state.
