A prominent St. Louis office tower has sold in a multifaceted deal.
Sax Ventures of Cedarhurst, New York, bought One Metropolitan Square for $120 million, the St. Louis Business Journal reports.
Florida-based investment management firm Kawa Capital Management acquired the land and will lease it back to Sax Ventures. The latter company will manage the building.
