Ingram Mill Road, this Wilhoit Properties project comprises 144 units 96 one-bedroom apartments and 48 two-bedroom units along with 32 garages and "a very nice clubhouse/community center," said Loren Winter, development administrator for Wilhoit. Designed as a senior citizen community, Cobblestone will offer 24-hour emergency maintenance, as well as everyday preventive maintenance; on-site management; and RJ31X phone jacks. These jacks allow residents who contract with a service provider to utilize a "panic button" emergency system, Winter said. Leasing for the apartments will begin in mid to late fall. Cobblestone is designed by Larry Kester, of Architects Collective in Tulsa, Okla. Wilhoit's construction company is the contractor. Special features of the development include elevators accessible to all units, and vaulted ceilings in the third-floor apartments.
