Cunningham Development Co. is the owner and the general contractor for this 16-acre housing development. Warren & Goodin Inc. is providing the engineering and architecture for the site work for the first phase, which includes streets, sewers, utilities, grading and stormwater detention. The estimated cost of the project is not available. The first phase is slated for completion this fall.
