Cynthia Lipscomb of The Casey Associates is the project manager for this 50,000-square-foot facility, which will convert an abandoned 1870s building into a state-of-the-art data and operations center. Portzen Construction Inc. is the general contractor.
The estimated completion date of the project is December, and the approximate construction cost is $5 million.
Project owner Dubuque Bank & Trust is financing the project, in combination with state and federal tax credits.
The project includes nomination to the National Register of Historic Places and assistance with implementation of enterprise zone and historic redevelopment tax credits.
