Chris Ball of Jack Ball & Associates was the architect for the firm's new office, which was completed in mid-November. Archway Development was the general contractor for the project, which was a renovation worth nearly $350,000. The engineer was HBH Engineers. The structure has a total square footage of 7,200, with 4,400 square feet of office space and two 1,400-square-foot studio apartments. Chris Ball purchased the building in 2002 and renovated its exterior with a historically pleasing design, while the interior design reflects a contemporary Pacific Northwest theme.
