Project Report: Great River Engineering

Great River Engineering was the project engineer for this 10-lot gated community, which was completed in summer 2002. Darrel Mrotek Construction was the general contractor for project owner Sommerset LLC. The estimated cost for the project was $600,000. The lots in this development are each more than one acre, which provides several options for the placement of houses on the lots. The project also includes a large common-area park. This development helped to extend sanitary sewer to an unsewered area of Greene County.
