Project Report: Esterly Schneider and Associates Inc.

Esterly-Schneider & Associates Inc. AIA is the architect for this addition and remodeling project for Gibbs Care Center. Hogan Construction of Rolla is the general contractor for the project, which has an estimated completion date of February.

The addition of a 10-bed skilled nursing area is included in the expansion, along with a hospice room with a waiting room in front. Also to be added are a large living room with fireplace, a small nursing substation and three private rooms with living rooms and private baths. The complete remodel of the facility includes updates to paint, wall coverings, carpet, furniture, light fixtures and millwork.

All administrative areas are being remodeled and expanded.
