BCP Ingredients Inc. served as its own general contractor to remodel and expand an existing facility to house a new packaging operation. ESC Inc. Engineers and Architects provided the engineering for the new fire protection system, which includes a 150,000 gallon water storage tank and diesel fire pump. Fire protection was installed to protect the packaging operation and associated railcar receiving and storage tank areas. ESC Inc. also provided architectural design, HVAC and process mechanical, electrical, plumbing and process controls integration engineering to design a new production facility housed in another site structure.
