Work continues at the site of the Jordan Valley Innovation Center, where city and Missouri State University officials broke ground Nov. 29. The

center will house several companies specializing in nanotechnology – the science of manipulating organic compounds on the molecular level. The

$12 million first phase of the project is expected to be complete in 2007.
