Project Profile: Wendy’s

Wendy’s of Missouri Inc. is acting as its own general contractor for a 3,178-square-foot Wendy’s restaurant in the Kickapoo Corners shopping center. Baron Design & Associates LLC is the architect for the project, which has an estimated cost of $550,000, according to a building permit on file with the city of Springfield. Engineers are Silverhill Co. LLC, structural; and Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The restaurant will feature Wendy’s updated dining room design, with earth tones and a café feel. It will seat 86 people. Completion is slated for Aug. 10. [[In-content Ad]]
