Phase II of Senic Park LLC's Villages at Nathanael Greene comprises five three-story buildings, said Matt Bailey, owner of general contractor Bailey Co. Senic Park LLC's majority owners are contractor Howard Bailey and wealth management adviser John Calhoun, according to past SBJ coverage. The phase now under construction will comprise 156 apartment units, Matt Bailey said. Financed by BancorpSouth, the complex, at build-out, will have 324 units in 12 buildings and an estimated construction cost of $17 million. The estimated completion date for all buildings is 2011, Bailey said.

Monthly lease rates range from $479 for a studio apartment to $1,050 for a three-bedroom unit.[[In-content Ad]]
