Estimated cost: $2 million

With exterior work finished, crews at Springfield Yamaha store are finishing the interior and working on landscaping and parking for owner/developer Mid-Missouri Motorsports LLC. Co-owner Troy Titus, who has owned Lebanon Cycle Center for 20 years, said plans are to move into the building and open the store as soon the work is done, with progress on track to meet a Jan. 1 completion goal. Project financing is by Central Bank in Lebanon. The 18,000-square-foot store will sell Yamaha motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, generators and side-by-side utility vehicles.
