With project financing from Great Southern Bank, the addition will allow for expansion of the center's assistive technology and home modification departments and the creation of an in-home services program. Construction plans have not yet been made for Phase II, which would entail a $1.6 million assistive technology building across the street from the headquarters building, Ross said.
