General contractor Rich Kramer Construction is adding 4,200 square feet to the Siemens Shared Services building for owner/developer Mapleway LLC. Kramer Project Manager D.J. Hill said the work also comprises an interior remodel of 112,947 square feet, including warehouse, manufacturing and testing facilities for Siemens. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Turblex Inc., now at 1635 W. Walnut, will move there, according to Turblex President and CEO Colby Mace. Turblex manufactures aeration blowers for wastewater treatment facilities and compressors for coal-fired power plants. Work on the Siemens Shared Services building is slated for completion in February.
