Project Profile: Romano’s Macaroni Grill

MoDoCo Inc. is the general contractor for Romano’s Macaroni Grill for Swisshelm Group Inc. Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. is the architect, and engineers are Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; and JS Smith Consulting Engineers, structural. The 6,474-square-foot restaurant has an estimated cost of $850,000. According to Morris Dock of MoDoCo, Macaroni Grill should be finished and open before Christmas. He noted that Steve Lubbert is the project manager and Dennis Foos is the superintendent. Dock said the restaurant will seat 206 people and will have 83 parking spaces.[[In-content Ad]]
