A Dec. 1 completion date has been set for owner/developer 4-J Properties LLC's 11,720-square-foot building, where the Springfield and Ozark locations of Ozark Prosthetics & Orthotics will be consolidated. The building, financed by Bank of Bolivar, will include office space, exam rooms and a laboratory for use in creating prosthetics, according to David Ross of general contractor Morelock-Ross Builders Inc.
