The exterior remodel of Missouri State University's nine-story Hammons House is in its second phase as crews work to resurface the exterior and replace the windows on the building's east and west sides. Project manager Dennis Bollinger of general contractor Bales Construction Co. said Phase II is set to wrap up in mid-November. Phase I, which involved resurfacing and window replacement on the building's north side, was completed before the start of the current semester. Phase III, which will involve the south side of the building, should begin at the end of the spring 2010 semester. The entire project is on track for completion in August 2010, Bollinger said.[[In-content Ad]]
