Procter & Gamble granted tariff exemption for razors

The Trump administration granted Procter & Gamble exemption from steel tariffs against Japan and Sweden.

Those countries provide the company with steel for its Gillette and Venus brand razor blades.

The razor blade brands made up about 10 percent of Procter & Gamble's fiscal 2018 global sales.
