Princeton Review strips UMKC of rankings

The Princeton Review for the first time stripped a college of its rankings Monday after learning that the University of Missouri-Kansas City knowingly submitted false data.

The Princeton Review announced that, at the request of the university, three previous years (2011-13) were stripped for having false data, according to USA Today.

Schools earn a spot in the rankings by the data that is submitted. Every school that sends in data has signed off on its accuracy.
