Primrose Square Offices
Located at 1530 E. Primrose, the Primrose Square Offices complex is owned and developed by Reed Properties Inc., which also served as general contractor on the project. The 15,000-square-foot structure,
completed earlier this year, had a construction cost of $1.5 million and was designed by architect Bill Derington. The building's nine units each include a reception area, two private offices, a conference room and a break area.
