The 53,000-square foot Price Cutter on Nolting Avenue is a new design for the grocery chain, said Brennan Bagwell, estimator at MSB, noting the block and steel structure will have a synthetic stucco and rock finish and a polished concrete floor system. There will be a deli, salad bar area, pharmacy, frozen food and produce sections as well as a large organic sales area, he said. According to previous Springfield Business Journal coverage, the store will also have sustainable features, such as a system that reclaims heat from refrigeration units to warm the building. Completion is slated for October.[[In-content Ad]]
