Price Cutter officials are preparing for a Nov. 3 grand opening of the 53,000-square-foot store, according to www.pricecutteronline.com. The general contractor for the project is MSB Inc. Engineers are Latifi Engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Miller Engineering PC, structural; and Anderson Engineering Inc., civil. The structure will have a synthetic stucco and rock finish and a polished concrete floor system, as well as sustainable features including a system that reclaims heat from refrigeration units to warm the store. In addition to a deli and salad bar area, the store will have a pharmacy and large organic product selection, as well as gourmet cheeses, gelato and an olive bar.
