Project description: A new manufacturing building is being built in Partnership Industrial Center West for Press Room Equipment Co. LLC, owned by The Bradbury Group. The design is 150 by 226 feet with four drive-in doors that are 20 feet wide and 16 feet tall. Running the full length of the facility will be a 47-foot-wide, 10-ton crane with a 20-foot hook height. A 4,000-square-foot office and a 20-by-32-foot safe room/wind shelter are also included, with a second floor to provide future office space. The project architect is R.E. Werner Architect LLC, and engineers are Cochran Engineering, civil; and Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
