Project description: PTG Missouri LLC is building a new Premier Truck Group sales and repair facility to replace one located in north Springfield. The building will include sales, parts storage and service areas mostly located on the ground level with additional storage on a mezzanine level. The front-facing sections of the building are being constructed out of precast concrete with metal-clad and glazed entry points, though the majority of the square footage will be a preengineered metal building shop for truck service at the rear. Architect is Ware Malcomb Inc. (Chicago), and engineers are CJW Transportation Consultants LLC, civil; Caruso Turley Scott Inc. (Tempe, Arizona), structural; Sazan Group Inc. (Tempe, Arizona), mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Terracon Consultants Inc., geotechnical.
