Powerball winner can stay anonymous, judge rules

A Powerball winner may remain anonymous, a judge ruled in New Hampshire yesterday.

The winner of a $560 million jackpot last month sued the New Hampshire Lottery under the name Jane Doe.

The judge already ruled last month the winner could start collecting her funds while remaining anonymous.
