Pounds of meat pile up in US as production grows, exports slow

As production grows and exports slow down, meat is piling up in U.S. cold-storage warehouses.

More than 2.5 billion pounds of beef, pork, poultry and turkey are being stockpiled, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Consumers may see cheaper prices as a result.
