The division head of Post Holdings Inc.'s consumer brands segment has left the company and stands to make $1.2 million on his way out.
James Holbrook, executive vice president of Post and president and CEO of Post's consumer brands division, worked his last day with the company March 13.
According to the St. Louis Business Journal, if he agrees to noncompete and nonsolication clauses, as well as releasing all claims against Post, he'll be entitled to a separation and release agreement valued at $1.2 million.
