Post Holdings has reached a deal to take over Ronzoni pasta brand owner 8th Avenue Food & Provisions.
The company is buying the portion of 8th Avenue it doesn't already own for $880 million.
Post consolidated its private-label businesses in a transaction capitalized by Thomas H. Lee Partners to form 8th Avenue in 2018.
