Brentwood-based Post Holdings Inc. entered a deal to purchase egg business Almark Foods.
Terms were not disclosed for the Gainesville, Georgia-based company that's majority owned by an employee stock ownership plan.
Post intends to combine Almark with its Michael Foods egg business.
