Post Holdings reached a deal to sell the pasta portion of its 8th Avenue Food & Provisions division to Richardson Holdings.
The deal is valued at $375 million in cash. Richardson Holdings also will assume $80 million in leaseback financial liabilities.
Post Holdings bought 8th Avenue Food & Provisions two months ago for $880 million.
