The new president of Caixa Geral de Depositos and six board members have quit ahead of a $5.4 billion rescue plan for Portugal's biggest bank by assets.
The resignations followed a dispute over a law demanding the bank's senior officials make public their income and personal assets.
The rescue is slated to continue as planned next year.
