Cecil’s To Go, a popular food truck that’s been well received by fans at venues such as Mother’s Brewing Co. and Farmers Market of the Ozarks, has closed.
In an Aug. 2 Facebook post, owner Trey Manning said the company’s trailer is now for sale.
“We are onto the next chapter in our family’s lives,” the post reads.
Reached this morning, Manning confirmed the closure but said he was unable to speak further.
The food truck, which sold falafel sandwiches, street tacos and other menu items, has near-perfect scores on Facebook and Google among more than 50 customers. It opened in August 2013.
The Facebook post also is soliciting the sale of the Cecil’s To Go concession trailer. An asking price of $35,000 is listed for the 20-foot trailer, as well as interior amenities such as power sources, appliances and sinks.
The Republic School District is on track to open its Intermediate School for fifth- and sixth-grade students for the 2025-26 academic year.
