Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Sunday backed President Donald Trump's claim that the coronavirus originated in a research laboratory in Wuhan, China.
However, the nation's intelligence agencies say they have not reached a conclusion on the matter.
Pompeo, who formerly led the CIA, said "there's enormous evidence" that the coronavirus came from the lab.
