Polsinelli acquires 11-person Atlanta firm

Kansas City-based Polsinelli PC announced Monday it has acquired Atlanta firm Rafuse Hill & Hodges LLP, the Kansas City Business Journal reports.

The purchase brings 11 attorneys from Rafuse Hill to Polsinelli, pushing its attorney count to nearly 700 in 10 states and 18 cities, including Springfield.

The acquisition becomes effective Jan. 1.
