Political commentator Scottie Nell Hughes filed suit against Fox News on Monday.
In the suit, Hughes alleges she was raped by anchor Charles Payne and blacklisted by the network after she came forward about the incident.
Hughes alleges Payne, the host of "Making Money" on Fox Business, "pressured" his way into her hotel room in July 2013 and coerced her into have sexual intercourse despite her protests.
Further, the suit alleges Hughes was forced to engage in a sexual relationship with Payne in exchange for career opportunities.
