Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based PNC Bank is increasing its minimum wage to $18 per hour from $15.
The hike takes effect starting Nov. 22, when the company is slated to complete the conversion of BBVA USA into its operations. PNC bought BBVA last year for $11.6 billion.
The wage increase will impact around 20,000 employees.
