Playboy explores sale

The newly revamped Playboy Enterprises is exploring a sale, says CEO Scott Flanders.

A sale that could value the company's assets at over $500 million would include the Playboy website, magazine, mansion, licensing deals and various entertainment extensions.

Playboy, which recently nixed nude photos in its magazine, in January put the Playboy Mansion up for sale at $200 million. The sale terms stipulate Playboy founder Hugh Hefner must be allowed to live at the mansion for the rest of his life. It has yet to be sold.
