R & R Land Development and Rich Kramer Construction have announced their plans for the upcoming development of East Kearney Industrial Park.
According to an announcement from the companies, the development will be located on the south side of the 2700 block of East Kearney Street.
The anchor tenant for the 22-acre park is United Rentals.
East Kearney Industrial Park will have eight additional lots available for tenants after infrastructure work is complete in spring 2003. Lot sizes will vary from 1.2 acres to 5 acres, and each will have frontage along the entry road and/or cul-de-sac. Water detention is located at the south end of the property along a boundary with the BNSF Railroad.
The park will have city water, sewer and gas service to the property lines of each lot. Restrictive covenants to maintain professional design and appearance throughout the park also will be in place.
Zoning at the development will allow for several types of uses, including manufacturing, distribution and warehousing, and the building sizes will vary from about 10,000 square feet to 60,000 square feet or more, depending on lot size and use.
