Plans have been announced for a new stock exchange called the Texas Stock Exchange.
TXSE Group, which is backed by BlackRock and Citadel Securities, plans to file registration documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission later this year.
The exchange has raised roughly $120 million.
