Plainview Park Apartments

Coryell Enterprises Inc. is the general contractor for Plainview Park Apartments, owned by Sam M. Coryell, Sam E. Coryell, Dan Nelson and Patrick Watkins. H Design is the architect and HBH Engineers LLC, Mettemeyer Engineering LLC and Friesen Engineering are the engineers for the 84-unit, three-story apartment structure. Great Southern Bank is the lender for the approximately $4.2 million project, scheduled for completion in May.

Plainview Park features one- and two-bedroom apartments with amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, on-site management, 24-hour maintenance and overnight security. The one-bedroom apartments will rent for about $525 a month and the two-bedroom units will be about $650, Sam M. Coryell said. Included in the rent will be high-speed Internet, expanded basic cable, water, sewer and trash service.
