Pinterest Inc. reached a $22.5 million settlement with its former chief operating officer.
The executive, Francoise Brougher, sued Pinterest in August over alleged discrimination.
Brougher alleged the company had a culture of secrecy among top male executives and left her out of the decision-making process.
