Pinterest Inc. confidentially filed paperwork for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission, people familiar with the matter told Dow Jones Newswires.
The company is reportedly looking at issuing the IPO in late June.
Pinterest is expected to seek a valuation of at least $12 billion through its public offering.
