The Feb. 16 taping of “The Mystery Hour” sold out for the first time in its eight-season history. At the Gillioz Theatre, the show featured interviews by host Jeff Houghton with Leslie David Baker, who played Stanley Hudson in “The Office;’ Carmelita Jeter, dubbed fastest woman alive who’s a three-time Olympic medalist and currently a track coach at Missouri State University; and Spencer Harris and Caleb Stokes, the local creators of board game Party Fowl: The Game of Drunk Ducks.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products was purchased; Side Chick opened in Branson; and the Springfield franchise store of NoBaked Cookie Dough changed ownership.
