Procter & Gamble announced plans to buy women's shaving startup Billie.
Billie last January announced a $25 million fundraising round backed by the Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing group. The company has raised a total of $35 million.
The financial terms of the Procter & Gamble acquisition were not disclosed.
