Pfizer to consolidate offices at $200M Chesterfield campus

Pharmaceutical company Pfizer is planning to consolidate its two St. Louis-area facilities into a $200 million campus in Chesterfield.

The center will have 625 employees and contractors, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

The research and development facility could span 460,000 square feet when it's completed in 2020. Pfizer plans to lease the building from its developers, Clayco and its subsidiary CRG.
