Pfizer books $11B tax gain

Pfizer Inc. reported an $11 billion gain related to U.S. tax reform.

The company announced it would spend $15 billion on U.S. taxes over an eight-year period bringing back money held overseas.

The drugmaker also reported fourth-quarter net income of $12.3 billion, up from $775 million a year earlier.
