Pet food company Hill's Pet Nutrition is planning a $250 million investment in Tonganoxie, Kansas, a city that's 30 miles west of Kansas City.
The company plans to create 80 jobs by opening a factory in the city.
The plant will be built on 80 acres in the Tonganoxie Business Park.
