The operator of the Perkins restaurant chain filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The filing marks the second in eight years for Perkins & Marie Callender’s Holding LLC.
Perkins Groups LLC is slated to be a "stalking horse" bidder next month to buy Perkins' assets.
Additionally, 32 underperforming restaurants will be closed.
