PepsiCo Inc. reported third quarter net income of $2.1 billion, a decrease from $2.5 billion a year earlier.
Adjusted earnings were $1.56 a share, down from $1.59 but above analysts' expectations of $1.50.
Revenue grew 4.3% to $17.2 billion during the quarter.
